We only had a couple of very minor malfunctions. It was originally built in the 40s; so that is to be expected. Jeff is a wonderful host and helped fix things ASAP. The only bad thing about this place is that it is already booked for the timeframe that I would need next year. Jeff’s property is THE best place I have ever stayed. I would live at Dogwood if I could afford it. Thank you Jeff for being an affordable option that made us feel right at home. I wish you all the success in the world.

I loved the home it was very luxurious and the area was quiet. The bed I slept in was so comfortable I almost didn’t wanna get up and leave lol I would definitely live here if I could 10000/10! Absolutely loved the home and the host was very interactive and friendly.

The place was definitely worth the price! Located right by a Walmart as well!! The patio was great to just relax and star watch. The down stairs bed was sooooooooo comfortable lol

We loved staying at Jeff’s house. It’s a beautiful place, very comfortable and cozy. Our visit to Augusta was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Jeff, for making our stay so pleasant!

We had a fantastic stay while in town for the Ironman event. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient home base. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located near shops and restaurants. If we're ever back in the area, we’d definitely choose this place again!

Great place to stay, we stayed overnight during our roadtrip from New York heading back to Florida, we enjoyed grilling in the back patio, and had a cosy morning coffee in the living room before heading back to the road. The price was very good, and it was very comfortable for each of us to have our own private bathroom in each room. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic stay. I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again!
