This was my second stay here. There was an updated deck and fence installed which added additional privacy. The minimal checkout procedures are a plus! The thermostat does change so you need to adjust it daily if you want a certain temperature but it is pretty simple to do. The features in the bathroom (lighting and bluetooth music connections) are a plus!

We were in town for a multiple day swim meet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dogwood. It was quiet and enough space for us. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of linens. Jeff was super responsive and very helpful. The binder with information about the home and local businesses was a very nice touch!
