Newly listed home in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. Enjoy the charm of this historic home and its grill and fire pit. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles only. There is no place on site for a trailer. There is also a 1 bedroom detached cottage in the back that shares and is separated by a large parking pad, also available for rent separately.

Good to know

Great location for the medical district and Augusta National. The outdoor grilling and fire pit area makes for a great evening. The home has lots of character with it’s archways, tile features and original hardwood floors and lighting fixtures.

Other Details to Note

Pets are allowed, however the pet must be house trained and no more than 100 lbs. There is a $50 per pet fee. Any damages would be handled separately and not covered with the $50 fee.

Beautiful Historic Summerville is a much sought after area in the heart of Augusta. Perfectly located between the Augusta National and the Medical District. In this area you will find large multi-million dollar antebellum homes as well as quaint cottages with lots of character, like ours.

Guest Access

All areas of the property are available for use. The parking pad has 2 designated spaces. The 3rd parking space closest to the white cottage is designated for the guests of that property.

We loved staying at Jeff’s house. It’s a beautiful place, very comfortable and cozy. Our visit to Augusta was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Jeff, for making our stay so pleasant!

Find us

There are 2 parking spaces in the back of the home. There are short retaining walls on either side of the driveway but enough room for any vehicle to get through. If you are towing a trailer of any kind, it will present a parking challenge that we request you contact us about to help define a solution for. There is a separate, detached cottage (also a rental unit) behind the home that shares a driveway with this home.
